Moving to a new iPhone

With Plus iCloud backup on, open Proofstay on the new iPhone and tap Restore from iCloud backup on the first screen. Restoring works even if Plus has ended. A normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) also includes Proofstay's data.

Exporting your data

Profile → Export everything → CSV or Log. Always free.

Cancelling Plus

iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Proofstay. Your days and exports stay.

Checking a report

Every report prints the SHA-256 of its log file. Compute it on a computer (macOS: shasum -a 256 <file>; Windows: certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256) and compare.

Reporting a problem

Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and what you expected. Please don't send reports or logs unless we ask: they contain your personal data.
